• Work w/stakeholders to clarify business requirements (BR), translate them to tech specifications; Prep Business Requirement & Business Solution Specifications; Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure current project requirements are being met; Conduct gap analysis to derive requirements for existing systems; Translate BR to workable functional and non-functional requirements at detailed production level using Workflow Diagrams and Use Case Modeling; Perform Source System Analysis to identify required source data; Design Data Models based on BR; Design STAR schema for detailed data marts with conformed dimensions; Work on building prototypes using SQL for each BR; Develop ETL packages for moving data from source to target by using SAP BODS and IICS tools; Develop complex PL/SQL packages, conduct unit testing, coordinate production deployment, resolve post implementation issues; Provide maintenance & support to app; Work w/ETL developers to explain complex Data Transformation Logic; Collaborate with ETL, BI & DBA teams to analyze & provide solutions to data issues, other challenges while implementing OLAP models.
